Payment
Options
I
accept two forms of payment: Paypal and Money Orders.
Money Orders must be received by me within 7 days from
the time you receive the mailing address. If I do not
receive the payment within 7 days, the item will go
back up for sale. I can only fill orders for late payments
if the item is still available. Paypal is the preferred
method of payment. You may pay securely with credit
cards, money transfer, or e-check through Paypal. If
you use e-check, I will wait for the check to clear
before shipping the item. Orders will ship within 2-3
days of receipt of payment. I ship through USPS Priority
(2-3 day) Mail. If you need an item faster, I offer
USPS Express Mail for an additional charge. I will do
my best to get it out to you the same day, for Express
orders placed before 2:00 pm EST, Monday through Saturday.
If you need the item altered, it will be shipped out
the following business day. You can choose your preferred
method of shipment at checkout.
Returns
You
may return an item within 7 days of receipt of purchase
for an exchange or store credit only. The item must
be unwashed, unworn, unscented, and in the same condition
it was when it left my hands. Shipping costs are non-refundable,
and return shipping costs are the responsibility of
the customer. I strongly recommend insuring your package
because I am NOT liable for any lost or damaged packages.
If you wish to return an item, please e-mail me within
24 hours of receiving your item with an explanation
of the problem. Also, please wait for a response before
shipping the item back to me. If your items are found
to be in satisfactory return condition, I will either
issue you a store credit, or send out the new item you
have requested and make any necessary credit adjustments.
